David is a native to the St. Cloud area, and has been in the construction industry since 1987 working on job sites in the summers during college.  David has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Ferris State University in Computer Programing and a Minor in Sales/Marketing.  With a passion for the industry, he and his wife Mollie started Werschay Homes in 2003.
